Blogging? New to this? What to write about?

So, I was told in order to grow your business you have to blog. Is that true? I'm just wondering if it actually helps? I guess it may help for SEO, but what else?

Guess I should start blogging:

This week has been one of the craziest, but it seems as though every week is for me. Owning your own business is a challenge and I can't seem to grasp the concept! Why? Why is it so hard for me? I mean don't get me wrong business is pretty steady, but I'm ready to grow and become more than a one woman show! I know it takes money to make money, but living alone and having to pay for a lord knows what, when it comes up is challenging! One week you have a ton of money and the next nothing comes in! It's a crazy and stressful life owning a business. But, I keep telling myself that one day it will get easier, one day! So, I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope to move up in the world!
